Welcome to Sadhana, a 12 month yoga program for self mastery. Sadhana is a Sanskrit term used to refer to a daily spiritual practice. Anything that is practiced with awareness, discipline and the intention of spiritual growth can be considered Sadhana. It inspires the practitioner to use tools such as physical poses, pranayama breath work, meditation and self-study as a way to acquire self mastery and maintain a connection with universal oneness.
There are two options for how you can move through this program. You can either choose your own practices from IDM’s vast library of content (60-90 minutes per day recommended) using the Monthly & Daily Calendar Template or follow the Sadhana Recommended Practice Calendar.
The path of self-mastery is paved with the stones of unwavering discipline. Discipline is a key ingredient when it comes to Sadhana, therefore it is Travis’ hope that this program will encourage you to engage in a daily practice.
Everything in your life starts with you. To invoke change internally or externally there is only one person to focus on transforming and that person is YOU! For the next year, you are going to take responsibility for your life by committing to a daily yoga practice.
