I’m not interested in doing the final pose - that’s not why I did this session. What I like about Paul’s approach is his gentle and encouraging voice, his direction which is always spot on and his pace - even though I’m an experienced yogi, I don’t like to rush, but Paul goes slow enough for me to keep up with his instructions and actually really enjoy each of the positions. Thank you, Paul.

This is the first time I have taken one of your Building Blocks series . I I thought this class was going to be too difficult for me but it turned out I loved it. I think people see your picture and say that looks hard .. but your preparation makes it easy to practice. Thank you for going into the depth of getting ready for the poses. With your guidance Anyone at any level can do this practice .
