Hey guys. just someting in general. Could you do some more practices that focus more on strenghtening the glutes and backside of legs/body? Because we sit so much on our yass, its terribly unhealthy, shortens the hip flexors and it just makes one of the most important muscles of the body disappear in a very short period of time. :/ , not good

Mychal's classes are always a surprise and I enjoy the "out of the box" approach that he has. This modifications in "classic" exercises like a side plank, force you to have more awareness on the movement and the placing of every part of the body. As always, a real treat!
